It’s not everyday we get to be destination photographers in such a stunning and unique location as Mammoth Mountain.
We had quite a journey getting to the wedding venue and had such a great time once we were there with Brandi & Jake – Their love for each
other is undeniable! Everyone were real troopers in the snow as we shot their romantics and wedding party portraits on the top of the icy mountain.
The venue and views were so breathtaking and Brandi & Jake were so creative with all of the wedding details – We loved seeing their personal
touches throughout the day including a guestbook with their engagement photos, gorgeous paper goods by Joanne Monroe for Cloud Nine Paper,
their favorite flowers, custom napkins, and the brown bear cake toppers by Sue were not to be missed! Special thanks to Holly from
HMC Event Solutions and Darla, our Mammoth contact were fabulous to work with and the wedding went off without a hitch.
We were so impressed by how seamless everything was, sending hugs and a major Thank You to everyone involved.

How did you two meet?
We met on Match.com, where we sent several long letters back and forth before having a great first date.
Tell us about your proposal
The proposal was a total surprise for Brandi. While on holiday vacation in Montana just days before Christmas, I snuck away and prepared a beautiful suite
overlooking the frozen Whitefish Lake, with candles, champagne, flowers, a roaring fire, and a very shiny ring. We met for dinner at the Lake Losge and
afterwords I convinced Brandi to go check out a room in case we decided to stay there next year. The hotel front desk was in on it.I could tell Brandi was
thinking “why on earth are we previewing a hotel room, this isn’t something people do.” We got to the room and I opened the door to a beautiful setting
prepared for a surprise proposal. It was a perfect night, planned for the most wonderful woman in the world whom I love more than anything.
Why did you choose your venue/location?
Jake is from Montana and we love going back there in the winter and enjoying the snow and mountains.
We have spent several weekend vacations in Mammoth and thought it was a perfect place for a unique winter wedding.
